Lewis: Odds stacked against Caribbean countries.
Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committees (CANOC) president Brian Lewis has bashed “undemocratic” voting rules at Panam Sports.
According to popular Olympic news site “insidethegames”, Lewis raised the issue when presenting his CANOC report at last week’s Panam Sports General Assembly in Santiago, Chile.
