Jereem “The Dream” Richards made clear his Olympic intentions with a blazing 44.18 seconds personal best in the London Athletics Meet men’s 400 metres, in England, yesterday.

Richards bagged bronze in the one-lap race, finishing behind Great Britain’s Matthew Hudson-Smith, the winner in 43.74 seconds, and American Vernon Norwood (44.10).
